English Muffin Pizza
Ingredients:
1 split English Muffin
pizza sauce
pizza cheese (shredded)
your favorite toppings such as: mushrooms, pepperoni, green pepper, hamburger,sausage, bacon...etc.
Directions:
1. Toast your English muffins.
2. Spread pizza sauce evenly on muffin halves.
3. Sprinkle cheese on top and add your toppings!
4. Put on tray and put into toaster oven set on broil. Cook for about 5 to 10 minutes

This is a fun and easy recipe that the children can prepare themselves. Just make sure enough cheese and/or meat is added to meet the minumim serving amount for the meat/meat alternate component.
